HydroPunk for Neon Lords

From the Sunken Lands, many miles south of any known rock mass, comes the Hydropunk! Musicians, pirates, and rebels! The Sunken Lands are large floating barge cities and settlements. The innermost barge is known as the Spire, where the wealthy hoard all the resources, safety, tech, and medicine. But in the outer barges, people fight to survive and try not to get eaten by a Sharktopus or pillaged by Zombie Pirates. Hydropunks roam the Sunken Lands in their Junk rafts, sacking Spire ships for resources, engaging in band battles, and doing sick tricks on their amphibious hovering boards powered by ancient Atlantean crystals called Hydroboards.
