You’re no mouse.
You’re a rat: a scavenger, a skittering, scheming, filthy plague riddle thief watching from the dark as society devolves into chaos. You seek shiny objects, winning them with deception and sabotage, coated in the scum and refuse of man. Kings, drunks, and the beggars all cower at the sight of you. There are trinkets to be won in the world above, and you shall have them.
City Rats is a small zine for playing small thieves using the DCC RPG ruleset. The additional and optional rules found in the DCC Lankhmar box set are also suggested.
